How the heck are you guys?
Well, I hope.
I have some news.
Like actually back.
For real this time.
Life has been good to me and I have so much to share with you.
I have health updates, lifestyle updates & exercise routines.
I have tips on how to be happy, gain self worth and show vulnerability.
I have recipes for you to try, tips on working through trauma and how to start meditation.
I will share activities to help you reach your goals, clear your mind and find joy.
& if you still don’t know who the hell you are or what you want in life we will work on that too.
The good thing about life is that it is fluid.
I think we tend to forget that.
I know I did.
Our values can change; in each season of life we can want and need different things.
It’s this really amazing ability we ALL have called GROWTH.
A thing we are sometimes reprimanded for.
You know, because we are “changing our ways, not being true to who we were”.
& oh boy do I have a lot to say about that.
For the month of December, I will be posting a Blogpost every day in an effort to catch you up on the last sixteen months of my life.
I have one request.
That I have your respect.
If you don’t agree with something I post, ask me more questions in an effort to understand my point of view.
Or let it be.
I have changed.
My value systems and my way of life are no longer what they once were.
Or maybe some things are the same and I was just afraid to show it in fear of being different.But we are going full transparencyhere now.
Please respect my changes and understand that this is the happiest and healthiest I have ever been.
My intention with any of the posts I make is to spread knowledge and understanding.
Never to offend anybody.
In fact, that is the exact reason I haven’t posted much over the last sixteen months; & not at all for the last six months.
It makes me physically sick to think that I could unintentionally hurt somebody.
It has, at times, consumed me.
But I’m on the other side of that now.
I know I have a lot of knowledge within that the world needs to hear.
Things that can help you keep your health.
Or get it back.
I also have some really great people in my life who fully support me and constantly tell me I have the ability to help people make their lives really fucking good.
So that’s what I’m going to do.
Remember, you don’t have to agree with me.
But please respect me.
This is hard.
